06_Inaguration of ICN-2010

I am just coming from the inauguration function of  ICN-2010 (INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON COMMUNICATION, COMPUTATION, CONTROL AND NANOTECHNOLOGY)  going on  in my college.  It was delighting to hear many expert persons of his own field (Really i can say " mine " also). Although it was not technical session but hearing technically rich persons in his artistic way ( much rare) is more interesting. Some of the important persons ,whom i attended , were  Dr.H.Maheshappa (Vice Chancellor ofVTU), Dr. P. Nagabhushan (University of Mysore), Dr. Babu Mehtre (Director, R&D, CMC Limited, Hyderabad), and  Prof. M.A.R.M. Fernando( University Of Peradeniya, Peradeniya, Srilanka). Hearing the Nagbhushan sir was most interesting. He defined and correlates the COMMUNICATION ,COMPUTATION,CONTROL and NANOTECHONOLOGY in a very beautiful manner like an artistic person. It touched the heart of each and everyone. He strengthened the faculty members to be fine in his field with a very good paragraph – “If a professional like a lawyer makes a mistake , then it is no problem because it will send a person to hang over a feet ; if a professional like a doctor makes a mistake ,then it is no problem because it will send a person a feet below; if a professional like an engineer makes a mistake then it is also not of much problem ,because a rocket will fall ,abridge will fall or a building will fall ,leads to death of persons in number of hundreds ; but if a professional like Engineering-teacher commits a mistake  then it will not leads to death of hundreds or thousands of people but it is death of a whole generation of engineers”(And this is done in my college daily ,but management is not thinking yet for the quality-faculty).
He told many heart-touchable lines . All of the guests remarked one most important thing that without PhD and research ,engineers are nothing.

05_A journey to MYSORE

I reached today from five day journey of  MYSORE.I had gone to MYSORE for attending AFSB of AIR-FORCE along with my friend RAVI RAJPUT . I took my train on 24th of this month from BHALKI station which arrived at Bangalore on 25th in morning. In next three hour journey i reached at MYSORE RAILWAY STATION at approximately 11 o'clock..
We took the room in station and get fresh. We had to report at the MYSORE station on 26th at 7 A.M. for AFSB.We planned for marketing in Mysore on that day .We had to purchase white uniform for AFSB. In meanwhile we meet a candidate for the same in the room whose name was SATISH .He was native of MUZAFFARPUR,BIHAR .He is completing his Engineering from Vinyaka Mission,Chennai. I and Rajput made a move for market. We took our lunch and then went to main market .
Mysore was very clean ,calm and attractive city. We got our uniform after a great spent of time (after visiting at least 20 to 25 shops for finding white T-Shirt ,white lower and white shoe) and returned to the room with future plan of visiting Mysore Palace on the returning day. We took our dinner near the station. We got one major problem regarding availaibility of north indian food in the Mysore. We would have to take DOSA's in morning and evening (or whenever we want, because there were no option ).
Next day we reported on the station at 7 A.M.Three air-force buses were ready for departing. We were approximately 250 candidates. We all were taken to the air-force selection board  2AFSB,MYSORE. Our first lesson in the campus was about discipline. We were strongly advised to maintain the discipline, unless it will be the reason for instantaneous disqualification. Our session was started with document verification. After formalities of form submission we were provided with bread and tea. After this break  it was the time of Intelligence test. The intelligence test was of two rounds, each consisting 40 questions for 13 minutes. I think it was bit easy and i completed it very successfully. After this,it was a short break of tea. Then, all the candidates were provided with their chest numbers. Then all the students had to write Picture-Perception Test and Discussion test. It was one minute time to recognize the number of persons, their sex,age and moods(as +,-,neutral). In further three minutes we had to write a complete story . The picture provided was complete hazy. It is unbelievable that all the candidates had different views. After the story writing a group  of 15 candidates were made . The group had to first hear the story of all individual and then discuss to come on a single story. I didn't give the better performance in the group-discussion, but i narrated my own story in a nice way. After the discussion we took our lunch .

MYSORE PALACE IN ITS CHARMING VIEW

Really, MYSORE is an historical place

This glimpse showing that Mysore has not forgot his culture. This was from Indian Railway on the occasion of WORLD TORISM DAY

Mysore Palace in the Day light
After a long wait we were provided with the result and finally  i was out . Only 75 candidates were selected among 260  for next four days round. We all remaining were dropped to Mysore station  by air force bus in  the evening.
On the same night,we went to see for MYSORE PALACE . It was so charming. Especially the light of palace was much attractive.
We enjoyed the palace for about one hours and then returned to our hotel, in meanwhile we took our dinner. We met an interesting person (who said himself as H.R. of MAHINDRA), who was an astrologer. We talked with him for approx two hours . We enjoyed much in this time.

04_INDIAN ARMY

Today, since sun rising i was busy in choosing the correct dress  for three hours because it was the day, on which i was going for the first personal interview of my life.Today  INDIAN ARMY  had come to my college to recruit pre-final and final year student.

I reached the college by 9.25 A.M.without taking breakfast.I was so nervous.I was in complete formal with white full shirt and brown full pant with black shoe(which was not mine actually). We,all the students were addressed by army team .The team was of one Lieutenant Colonel and one Captain. This session was very interesting and exciting.I came to know about many untouched facts of  INDIAN ARMY. Indian Army provides one of the best job opportunities www. joinindianarmy.nic.in. I think it is the best place for an Indian Engineer to serve the country by using his young technical and innovative mind.
Two groups of final year and pre-final year were made for personal interview.Final year students was interviewed by the Lieutenant Colonel. I was very nervous .I was called as fifth or sixth candidate.I was asked to say my educational background, family background and my achievements. It was just opposite of what i was thinking before.Environment was very friendly and there was nothing to worry.
It is one month for declaration of the result, but whatever it may be, i am very happy from my first interview.
I learned that one should be confident, bold and honest ,and that much is over for a PI.
GOOD NIGHT

02_HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY

Today is a great day for all INDIANS. HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY once again.
It was the today morning when my all friends came to the BHALKI after enjoying their semester break of one month.I am very happy because now i am not alone in this new place.Expulsion from the hostel and the KHANDRE's views was the hot topic of discussion which was continued for the whole day.We didn't attended the Flag-hosting program also.I think it is not good to not to attend but simultaneously i also want to say that the it is humiliation of the Indian flag  in the hand of such a person.

Now i want to continue on yesterday.
We had gone to the chairman for some problem which we were facing in the hostel. Apart from making the things correct,he proved us wrong and not ordered to not to issue the hostel to us. It is nothing but dictatorship. He is ruling the college ,as he wish, without following any rule and regulation. He is doing, what he wants, whether he is correct or wrong?
I am putting the things in favour of my thinking about him--
1)we had complaint for the response-time (which is infinite in practical),which the college-authority takes to come over a problem ,we had complaint for poor water supply up to continuous two week.
    2) we were asked  for  increase in hostel-fees regarding wi-fi facility in previous year, but even after the end    of one complete year it was not. We had just asked to return our money whatever we had paid for that ,but his reply was that "we have no right to ask about the money , what we paid ".
3)The last date of payment of tuition fees is the first day of the college after semester-break and after that day we have to fine in hundreds and not only upto this, after a week the fine will be in thousands. There are not any rule regarding this, they(college) will fine ,whatever they want. The complete thing is like a business only. Think up to which extent this is correct!!!!!!!!!!!!
4)We are forced to maintain our attendance up to 85% ,which is rule of the university (according to college, and it is obviously correct also); But please ask to college, that to keep the B.E. teachers as faculty, is the rule of which?????!!!!!!!! In the college having intake of approximately 500 per year (means a strength of two thousands in four year),approximately FIVE faculties are PhD . Even not all the H ODs are PhD.  Maximum of the faculties are B.E./B.Tech for teaching the B.E. students(What an strange).Score of a student in the university exam is inversely proportional to the number of class attended .

Joke of the Day-- "The GATE score of the teachers is less than many of the students"
(It is the fact of the college)

We all are now happy that we are not in the hostel. We can concentrate more on the studies because now we have not to think about the wi-fi for which we have to paid.
I heard that juniors are warned to not to complaint even if electricity is not in the hostel ,water supply is poor or not or any type of problem.they have to close their mouth even they are paying for these things only...

Ok it is my sleeping time ,so bye............
good night

Trip to TULJAPUR

Tulja-Bhawani
Today, i went to TULJAPUR (MAAN TULJA BHAVANI MANDIR ) ,in MAHARASTRA (INDIA) in the early morning. It is one of the four Shakti Peethas of Maharashtra where mother Goddess, Shakti is worshipped. The temple is located on a hill known as Yamunachala, on the slopes of the Sahayadri range in Maharashtra. It was very beautiful site. We were about ten in groups along with my girlfriend. Thanks to her especially, for vision of such a religious place because my journey was possible only due to her . After darshan we went to a nearby fort , it is  very much special for panimahal & waterfall. The natural beauty is unmatched.
We returned to our hostel at about 6'o clock in evening.
No-no sorry , i have no right to say the REC HOSTEL as "my hostel" because i m not the hosteler of this hostel now. It is not because i don't  like it, but it is because the CHAIRMAN of the college don't want the one who like it(hostel or college).I,with my some friends gone to chairman for some genuine problem but.....................continue on the next days
OK its my sleeping time , I'm going to bed now.
GOOD NIGHT & SWEET DREAM.
MAY GODDESS TULJA GIVES POWER TO EVERYONE ,TO NOT ONLY TO SAY CORRECT, BUT TO HEAR CORRECT ALSO!!!!.
